摘要

Copenhagen-New Norwegian independent OKEA is to acquire Spanish group Repsol’s 60% share in the license that includes the currently shut down Yme oil field, which has had a troubled history. Trondheim-based OKEA counts former oil minister Ola Boren Moe among its top executives. It aims to turn around Yme, which has been perceived as a long running embarrassment for its owners-the current operator being Repsol and previously Talisman.
