摘要

Lagos-Nigeria’s current oil production is averag- ing 1.9 million b/d, falling short of a 2.2 million b/d target, due to the recent shut-in of popular export grade Forcados, local media reported Wednesday, citing oil minister Emmanuel Kachikwu. “In terms of crude oil output, we are still not where we should be,” Kachikwu said in Abuja Tuesday while inaugurating the National Council for Hydrocarbon, according to the Vanguard newspaper. “Obviously, the Forcados incident did impact us ... we are moving closer to 1.9 million b/d at this point.”
