Alberta to see oil sands capacity boost

Alberta's oil sands sector will see some 500,000 b/d of increased production capacity added by the end of 2017 primarily on the back of construction work winding up on two major projects, and as WTI prices are forecast to average $55/b, producers and industry officials say.
