State-owned Bahrain Petroleum Co., or Bapco, has signed a joint venture agreement with the UK’s Greenergy to establish a gasoline blending hub to supply local and regional demand for gasoline blend components, Bapco said Monday. The companies will establish Bahrain Gasoline Blending, or BGB, combining Bapco’s infrastructure and gasoline production with Greenergy’s blending, terminal operations and trading expertise to meet the state’s domestic gasoline demand as well as potential imports and exports, the statement said.
