Houston—The 400,000 b/d Seaway Legacy pipeline, a major vein for transporting crude from the NYMEX hub of Cushing, Oklahoma, to the US Gulf Coast, resumed service Monday after a spill that knocked the pipeline offline for about a week, the company that operates the line said Monday. “Crude oil began flowing today, approximately three days ahead of schedule,” Seaway Crude Pipeline Company LLC, a 50:50 joint venture owned by affiliates of Enterprise Products Partners and Enbridge, said in a statement. “With the return to normal business operations, the company expects to meet its customer obligations for November.”
