Iraq crude output hits high amid KRG volume disc

Amman-Iraq’s crude output reached an alltime high of 4.606 million b/d on average in July, up 57,000 b/d month on month, the latest data from the oil ministry showed Sunday. Southern production was 3.517 million b/d, up 39,000 b/d from June. Production from the north of the country totaled 1.089 million b/d, 18,000 b/d higher than June. This figure comprises production from the federally owned North Oil Co., and Midland Oil Co., as well as from the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government, or KRG.
