Brazil's oil, gas output bounces back in December

Brazilian crude and natural gas production rebounded in December, rising 6.4%, amid a return to normal operations after a 19-day strike in November. Production from the country's subsalt province set a record high, the National Petroleum Agency, or ANP, said. Latin America's largest country produced 2.532 million b/d in December, up 6.4% from the 2.38 million b/d produced in November, the ANP said. December's output was also up 1.4% from the 2.497 million b/d produced in December 2014.
