Saudi aramco plans turnarounds at major refineries

Dubai-Saudi Arabia will shut down two of its largest refineries at the end of year for sched- uled maintenance, a source with knowledge of the matter said Thursday. The Ras Tanura refinery will shut down from early December for a major turnaround affecting the entire 550,000 b/d facility, the source said. The plant is expected to restart in mid-January 2017.
