Japan’s JX to cut July’s refinery crude runs

Tokyo-Japan’s largest refiner, JX Nippon Oil & Energy, plans to process 4.22 million kiloliters (856,224 b/d) of crude oil in July for the domestic market, down 1% from a year ago, a company official said Thursday. JX plans to export an all-time high of 1.10 million kl, or 223,186 b/d, of oil products in July, mainly to the Asian and Australian markets, doubling from 520,000 kl a year ago due to supportive overseas demand, the official said.
