Chinese independent refiner Wonfull Petrochemical will load its second gasoline export cargo from Laizhou port in Shandong province around November 10. The 35,000 mt cargo of 92 RON gasoline meets the National Phase 5 emission standard and caps sulfur content within 10 ppm, a company source said.
