BP sells Amsterdam storage tanks to Zenith Energy

Private equity backed US company Zenith Energy said Tuesday it had agreed to buy a liquids storage facility in Amsterdam from BP, the latest in a series of sales of mid- and downstream assets by the UK major. In a statement, Zenith said it expected to take ownership of the terminal by the end of the current quarter following a transition process. The terms were not disclosed.
