Oil futures rise as market eyes OPEC accord with caution

Crude futures inched higher Thursday, extending Wednesday's rally after OPEC members emerged from meetings in Algiers with a tentative agreement to limit oil production, as questions about the plan limited the upside. NYMEX October crude settled 78 cents higher at $47.83/b. ICE November Brent settled 55 cents higher at $49.24/b. NYMEX October ULSD settled 1.92 cents higher at $1.5102/gal, but NYMEX October RBOB settled down 1.09 cents at $1.4668/gal.
