Ukraine to build new product terminal near odessa

Ukraine hopes to build a 2.5 million mt petroleum products terminal near the port of Odessa on the Black Sea, according to plans released by state oil shipper UkrTransNafta on Tuesday. The new terminal in the port of Pivdenniy, also known as the port of Yuzhniy, will handle both, imports and exports of petroleum products. In January through September, Ukraine imported $2.21 billion worth of petroleum products, according to the state statistics service.
