Moscow-Flows of Russia’s second Arctic export grade crude are set to begin ramping up following the opening of a new terminal which will allow year-round deliveries from the Novy Port field in the ice-bound Yamal Peninsula. Gazprom Neft began loading its first crude exports from the new offshore terminal Wednesday, a key milestone for the Novy Port field which is now set to enter full commercial production.
