Pertamina to soon launch first gasoline blending facility

Jakarta-Indonesia’s Pertamina will set up its first dedicated gasoline blending facility in Tan- jung Uban on Bintan Island this year, as it looks to produce more value-added product domesti- cally and lower import costs. The state-owned oil and gas company plans to start trial blending in December by producing 200,000 barrels of 90 RON gasoline, a senior official said this week.
