Gulf Keystone will aim to maintain daily average output of 36,000 b/d from its giant Shaikan oil field in Iraqi Kurdistan in 2015 and will defer investment decisions on further development until a stable payment cycle for Shaikan crude exports has been established, the company said Wednesday.
