Dubai-Crude exports from Iraq’s semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan hit a new monthly record in May, according to official data, supporting hopes of the central government in Baghdad for a further lift to production this year. The Kurdistan Regional Government’s exports from northern Iraq edged up to 513,041 b/d in May, setting another monthly record for Kurdish crude dispatched through its pipeline to Turkey, the KRG Ministry of Natural Resources said Thursday.
