Dubai—Oman’s oil production surpassed 1 million b/d for the first time in the sultanate’s history in July, the oil and gas ministry said in its latest monthly report. In reporting 894,156 b/d of crude output plus 106,926 b/d of condensate production for the month of July, the ministry said the combined average of 1.001 million b/d was the highest since oil production began in Oman.
