Houston-Oil and natural gas production rose in North Dakota in March, marking the second consecutive month of gains for natural gas and reversing two months of declines in crude oil output, the state’s Department of Mineral Resources said Wednesday. March notched an increase in oil output for the first time since December, rising 12,500 b/d to 1.19 million b/d. Output remained 36,900 b/d below the all-time high set in December.
