PDVSA to shut two units at Curacao refinery

Caracas-Due to low availability of crudes to process, Venezuela’s state-owned PDVSA will shut on Saturday two crude distillation units at its leased 335,000 b/d Isla refinery on Curacao island. “Isla refinery will stop processing 140,000 b/d until the oil tankers waiting for payment start offloading,” a refinery operator said on the condition of anonymity.
