Cairo-Libyan oil production is currently run- ning at almost 500,000 b/d-around one third of its total capacity-despite continued attacks against oil fields by militant groups, a senior official at state-owned National Oil Corp. said Tuesday. NOC production manager Anwar Aghil told Platts that Libya was also exporting crude according to its lifting schedule, with vessels mostly being loaded with 600,000 barrel cargoes.
