摘要

London—A potential reversal of oil sector fortunes in Iran and Iraq will be crucial to how the global oil market evolves next year, the International Energy Agency said Tuesday. Iraq is currently OPEC’s second-biggest producer after Saudi Arabia, having pushed sanctions-strapped Iran into third place. It is also the world’s fastest source of supply growth, having grown by 1 million b/d between the third quarter of last year and the same quarter of 2015, the IEA said.
