Brazil product exports jump on slack home demand

Rio de Janeiro—Brazil exported more refined products in July as an economic downturn sapped domestic demand, according to data published by the National Petroleum Agency. Product exports jumped 9.7% in July to 9.798 million barrels from 8.933 million barrels in June, the ANP said, and 17.1% compared with 8.367 million barrels shipped overseas in July 2014.
