Moscow—Russia’s new Sakhalin Blend crude mixture, delivered to international markets for the first time in December, contains gas condensate from the Kirinskoye field, part of the Sakhalin-3 project, according to data Wednesday from Sakhalin Energy. Sakhalin Energy, the operator of neighbouring Sakhalin-2 project, has signed a commercial agreement with Gazprom, which operates the Kirinskoye offshore field, on purchases of gas condensate, according to the company, which traditionally sells Vityaz light blend.
