Moscow—Russia will have to revise its 2016 budget again due to the renewed fall in the oil price, President Vladimir Putin said Thursday, admitting the government’s assumption of Brent trading at $50/b next year was too optimistic. However, he promised he would not worsen the business climate for the oil and gas sector in order to plug the budget gap.
