TransCanada in talks to exit Alaska LNG Project

Anchorage—TransCanada is in negotiations to sell its share of the planned Alaska LNG Project to the state of Alaska, a company official told state legislators in a briefing last week. “We have been in discussions with the state over the last several months regarding the state’s taking over TransCanada’s interest in the project.
