Indonesians boost 92 RON consumption

Singapore-Indonesians have boosted their consumption of 92 RON gasoline in response to a narrowing price differential between the superior grade and the lower- octane 88 RON grade. According to state-owned Pertamina, the country’s largest fuel retailer, consumption of 92 RON gasoline is currently 5,200-6,500 kiloliters/day (32,706-40,883 b/d), more than double from 2,300 kl/d in December.
