Dubai-Iraq is making slow progress on its long-delayed Common Seawater Supply Facil- ity project, a critical scheme which will supply millions of barrels of treated water for injec- tion into Iraq’s southern oilfields. Without it, the country’s ambitious future oil development plans will be at risk.
