China’s state refiners to cut May crude runs to 76%

Singapore-China’s state-owned refiners are expected to further cut their crude throughput to an average of around 76% of the name- plate capacity in May, down two percentage points from April, a Platts survey showed. The May throughput is also slightly lower than the average of 77% in May 2014.
