Mexico sweetens terms for round one bids

Mexico City-Mexico has sweetened the terms for its Round One upstream auctions to reflect the drop in international oil prices, the energy and finance ministries have said. The new terms will apply for the 19 blocks in shallow waters where bids are so far being invited in Round One, the ministries said in a statement.
