Tullow hit by threat to Ghana oil project

London-UK’s Tullow Oil fell sharply in London Monday after it said a key oil field develop- ment offshore Ghana-one of its core African projects-is under threat from a maritime boundary dispute with Cote d’Ivoire. Cote d’Ivoire has requested that a Ham- burg arbitration tribunal orders Ghana to suspend ongoing development work at the major TEN project on the grounds that it lies in disputed waters between the two countries, Tullow said.
