London-The quantity of Iraqi crude expected to be exported out of the Turkish port of Ceyhan in March is to rise by almost 50% on anticipated February volumes, according to a list of March liftings seen Tuesday. Azerbaijan’s Socar and Italy’s API set to join a list of buyers that includes Turkish refin- er Tupras, Moroccan refiner Samir, Lukoil’s trading arm Litasco and France’s Total.
