Calgary—Indian upstream regulator the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons has screened a total 52 onshore and offshore blocks and prepared the necessary documents but is still awaiting approval of a new policy by the central government in New Delhi before it can launch the next licensing round, a senior DGH official said late Tuesday.
