London—Encouraging conditions in global refined product markets show no sign of dramatic change, with European and US gasoline demand proving particularly strong, Finnish refiner Neste said Tuesday. Matti Lehmus, executive vice president for oil products at Neste, which owns two refineries in the south of the country, told an investor forum that conditions for refiners looked benign despite over-capacity in Europe.
