New York-Volatile oil futures closed lower Thursday after the P5+1 group and Iran announced a framework deal on Tehran’s nuclear program that could lead to sanctions being lifted on Iranian crude exports following a final accord. ICE May Brent settled down $2.15 at $54.95/barrel. NYMEX May crude closed 95 cents lower at $49.14/b.
