Alaska North Slope December crude output falls

Houston—Alaska North Slope crude oil and liquids production averaged 546,388 b/d in December, down 21,212 b/d from 567,600 b/d in December 2013, data from the state’s Department of Revenue showed Friday. December ANS output was up 8,755 b/d from the 537,633 b/d produced in November, the data showed. Prudhoe Bay, the largest ANS field, averaged 320,909 b/d in December, down from 328,739 b/d in the same month a year ago, but up from 313,705 b/d in November.
