Brazil oil, natural gas output declines from November

Rio de Janeiro—Brazil’s crude oil and natural gas production declined in November, ending nine consecutive months of output growth, the country’s National Petroleum Agency, or ANP, said Tuesday. Latin America’s largest country produced 2.358 million b/d of crude oil in November, down 1.5% from 2.393 million b/d in October but up 13.3% from the 2.081 million b/d produced in November 2013, the ANP said. October’s production was a monthly record for crude oil output in Brazil.
