Moscow-Russia saw its its biggest ever yearon-year increase in oil exports last month, as currency effects and country’s oil tax revamp makes crude and light product exports more profitable than refining. Russian exporters have also even benefited from the weaker ruble in recent months, as their returns in dollars compensate for ruble-based investments.
