London-Global crude oil benchmark Brent is working well and does not require changes to its trading terms or the addition of new crude streams to boost its liquidity, Shell’s chief oil trader said Wednesday. Shell, which controls the terms govern- ing the trade in the benchmark North Sea crude, believes recent changes to the terms of the key contract have secured its immedi- ate future as key marker crude for global oil trade, Shell’s head of oil trading and supply, Mike Muller, said.
