Rosneft sees ruble capex stable in 2015

Moscow-Russian oil giant Rosneft plans to maintain its ruble-denominated spending this year but expects 30% slide in its dollar capital expenditures due to the ruble’s recent devaluation, the company said Wednesday. Rosneft plans to “partly optimize the capex” in order to ensure that its key proj- ects “are being developed in line with the schedule,” Rosneft Vice-President Svyatoslav Slavinsky said during a call on the company’s 2014 results.
