Russia appeals Hague ruling on Yukos payout

Moscow-Russia’s government has appealed to the District Court of The Hague against a decision by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague demanding the country pay $50 billion in compensation to Yukos sharehold- ers for asset expropriation, Russia’s finance ministry said.
