No Big foot production in 2017: Chevron

Houston-Investigation into the cause of damage to subsea tendons at Chevron’s Big Foot production platform in the Gulf of Mexico continues, with no production expected this year, 2016 or 2017, a top company official said Friday. A total 10,000 b/d of output was expect- ed in 2016 and 22,000 b/d in 2017, Jay Johnson, executive vice president-upstream, said during a quarterly earnings call.
