Moscow—Russian exports of East Siberia-Pacific Ocean, or ESPO, crude blend from the Pacific port of Kozmino could rise by just 3% this year, the port said on Thursday, as crude deliveries to China continue to climb under long-term contracts. Kozmino plans to load for export at least 22 million mt, or an average of 440,000 b/d, of ESPO crude blend in 2014, up 3.3% year on the year, although exports could rise by up to 8% to 23 million mt, the port’s general director Boris Melnikov said in a statement.
