Calgary—The in-service date for an expansion of Kinder Morgan’s Trans Mountain crude oil project in Western Canada has been delayed by nearly two years, as it continues to address stakeholder and Aboriginal concerns, President Ian Anderson said Thursday. “We are looking at a completion of between July-October 2019,” he told reporters. The original targeted pipeline start-up was Q3, 2017.
