Lagos—State-owned Nigerian National Petroleum Corp. will replace its offshore processing agreements (OPAs) for the refining of its crude in return for petroleum products with a direct sale-direct purchase (DSDP) agreement system, it said Tuesday. The new DSDP system will involve the direct sale of Nigeria’s crude as well as the direct purchase of petroleum products from “credible international refineries,” it said.
