Australia to defend position in Timor Sea arbitration

Singapore-The Australian government has expressed disappointment that Timor-Leste plans to reactivate international arbitra- tion proceedings to nullify the treaty which defines jurisdiction over the Sunrise gas field in the Timor Sea and said it would “strongly defend” its position.
