Seoul-South Korea is seeking to revive a plan to build a regional oil trading hub by attracting investment and oil storage deals from the Middle East. President Park Geun-Hye will travel to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emir- ates and Qatar starting next week as part of the effort. During the nine-day tour, Park plans to discuss ways to enhance bilateral coopera- tion in sectors including energy, the presiden- tial office said in a statement.
