New York-The oil complex settled higher Wednesday after data showing a larger-thanexpected draw in US refined product stocks combined with bullish remarks by OPEC’s secretary general lifted expectations of strengthening fundamentals. NYMEX November ULSD settled 4.19 cents higher at $2.5350/gal, while frontmonth NYMEX RBOB closed 2.46 cents higher at $2.2207/gal.
