China’s January-february refinery runs rise 3.5%

Singapore-China’s refinery throughput volumes over January and February rose 3.5% year on year to 82.64 million mt or an average 10.27 million b/d, according to preliminary data from the National Bureau of Statistics Wednesday. The year-on-year growth rate over the two months is the highest since 2012, when it was 6.4%, and significantly surpasses the 0.3% increase seen over the same period of 2014.
