London—The International Energy Agency eased oil markets concerns Tuesday over further supply disruptions in hot spots such as Libya and Iraq after cutting its key demand forecast and noting OPEC output is the highest in five months. The global oil market appears better supplied than expected despite the ongoing conflicts, helped in part by US shale oil creating a reported “glut” in the Atlantic basin, the IEA said in its latest monthly report.
